Pending balances

Earned credit is initially credited as “Pending” until the quality of the survey responses is confirmed. Confirmation lasts for a maximum of 56 days or until the 26th of the following month (whichever comes first). Credit is displayed as “open” until the current verification period is completed. After that, the credit becomes available and can be redeemed.

“Pending credit” serves as a quality check measure and replaces validation with cell phone numbers. As all survey responses are thoroughly checked within the aforementioned waiting period, available credit will be paid out immediately.
