We have been informed by our supplier that they are experiencing an issue obtaining Virtual VISA codes and unfortunately, this is causing a delay in our processing of Virtual VISA transactions.
UPDATE - Unfortunately, the issue with our Virtual VISA supplier continues, we will be performing a payment rollback on all pending Virtual VISA transactions, this will fail the transaction and return the points back to the panel account it was redeemed on. Panelists can then choose another form of payment to redeem their rewards if they do not wish to wait for the supplier issue to be resolved.
**UPDATE - All pending transactions have been failed and the points returned to the panel account.
We have also disabled the Virtual VISA payment option until the issue with the supplier is resolved.
