Important - Delay in sending out welcome emails to new members

Dear Panelist,

Unfortunately, we are experiencing a delay in sending out welcome emails to new members.

The emails are being added to the queue, however, they are being sent with an estimated 6 day delay due to a high number of emails being sent.

We expect to be back to normal once the backlog of emails has been sent, this could possibly take a week to clear.

Please know that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure this does not occur again in the future.
