Please remember to allow up to 4 business days to receive your reward payment before reaching out for help.
Make sure to check the inbox for the email address you have signed up to the panel with, including any spam/promotions folders. If you use OpinionApp, check the Rewards tab of the app to see any voucher codes you have been sent.
If you still haven’t received your payment after this time, the first thing to work out is who should be providing support to you.
Many of Cint’s panel partners process the rewards for their panels outside of our system and they should be able to provide you with support directly.
As a general rule of thumb, if you ordered your reward from a page that looks something like the screenshot below then you should contact Cint through the “submit a request” option on this website.
Otherwise, you should first contact the owner of your panel for more information. You should be able to find contact details listed on the website/app for your panel.
