Did you recently complete a survey but hit an error page at the end of the survey informing you to contact the Cint member support like in the pictures provided below?
If the GUID information is not present, then it is unlikely the reward was earned and we won't have the details required to confirm the reward status. If you successfully completed the study then you will be paid when the client closes their study and confirms their final completes with us. In this case, we suggest you return to your panel portal and attempt another survey opportunity.
If you did receive the “Respondent GUID” in the error message we might be able to help confirm your reward status. Please review and take action on each of the required steps before contacting our support team for assistance.
- Make sure you save the original survey link, yourpanel name and any details about the survey length, subject matter, and reward. You can gather this information from the invitation on your panel or email. Links can be retrieved from your browsing history.
- Collect information about any errors including the “Respondent GUID” that are present on the Error Page.
- Any other information you have that may help us confirm your reward status e.g. the last question you answered before seeing the error.
Please only follow this process if you completed the study in full. We are unable to payout for uncompleted studies.
