When a respondent has completed a survey of bad/poor quality, the credit from the survey may be deducted from the panelist account as the client has been left with data they cannot use for their study.
Examples of this are speeding (the survey was completed in a time that would not have given good quality answers), inconsistent or inaccurate answers, or if the panelist missed a red herring question.
Please review our Terms and Conditions at https://www.cint.com/panelist-terms/ for more information about our quality checks.
