Under the new panelist portal, you can view your account balance by logging in to your panel account and checking the balance on "Surveys" tab and "Rewards" tab.
The "Available Balance" can be used by you to cash out your payment anytime with available reward options.
The “Pending” balance are surveys waiting for quality check until the quality of the survey responses is confirmed then they will be moved to "Available Balance". To know more about Pending balances - click here.
