However, if a popular reward option is not available in the Tremendous catalog (e.g., Trisslotto), we will retain it alongside Tremendous. 

How Does the VISA Option Work?

Recipients can opt for a VISA reward, which can be used anywhere VISA is accepted. For recipients in the USA, a physical VISA card can also be requested if preferred. Virtual VISA is issued in USD only and is spendable in over 211 countries worldwide.

Note: VISA rewards are single-issue and cannot be reloaded or combined. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

What Is the Validity Period for Tremendous Rewards?

The URL claim links we provide for Tremendous rewards remain valid for 5 years. Recipients can also revisit the link at any time to redeem or review previously claimed rewards.

Note: Expiration dates are listed on all gift cards issued by Tremendous. 

Will There Be Changes to PayPal Transactions?

Cint will continue to manage PayPal transactions for panels that offer the Cint PayPal payment option for the time being. Any potential changes to this arrangement will be communicated as we further collaborate with Tremendous.

How will the different currencies work?

If your panel accounts currency differs from the currency of the native country, the currency will automatically convert to the native country's currency in Tremendous!
